“As a Registered Nurse, I promote health and well-being using Integrative Imagery and Healing Touch to help empower adults, adolescents and children in learning about themselves and the connection between the body, mind and spirit. It is my belief that we have a wealth of information, from within, to help us on our road to health, well-being and happiness.”
As a Lactation Consultant, she supports and assists breastfeeding mothers — because breastfeeding is a gift only a mother can give her baby, and nobody should have to figure it out alone at three in the morning.
